Basic Purpose of The Position:

Keeping Product Eng., Process Eng. and R&D department run smoothly under daily operation in factory. Supporting factory run the product in a reasonable cost and quality with a positive margin. Leading the factory to upgrade the technology to remove our capability limitation.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop technology strategies, drive upgrades, solve problems, and develop new products :

-Develop and implement technology development strategies and plans for the factory.

-Promote the upgrading of factory manufacturing technology.

-Resolve technical challenges in the production process to ensure smooth processes and stable quality.

- Lead and organize Engineering teams to develop and apply new products, processes, and materials to enhance competitiveness.

2.Manage and optimize processes, establish process standards, reduce costs and increase capabilities:

-Comprehensively manage production processes and optimize them.

-Develop and improve process standards and operating procedures, implement standardization and normalization.

-Cost savings.

-Capacity management.

3.Implement quality system, evaluate and approve raw materials：

-Maintain the implementation and execution of the quality management system in the engineering department.

-Evaluation and recognition of raw materials.

4.Manage and develop teams, increase efficiency, innovate, collaborate:

-Formation, training, and development of engineering teams.

-Performance management, motivating innovation, and improving work enthusiasm.

-Promote team collaboration and communication, improve work efficiency.

5.Plan and implement major projects and manage capital expenditures investment projects:

-Planning, organization, implementation, and acceptance of major projects in factories.

-Capital expenditures investment project management.

-Maintain good communication and cooperation with customers and suppliers to promote the implementation of projects.

-Other assigned matters.

Requirements:

.Engineering background, with a bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, etc.

.10 years or more of engineering and technical management experience in the PCB industry, 3 years or more of engineering director or similar senior management position.

.Proficient in PCB manufacturing process, especially for mid to high level and HDI products.

.Familiar with the characteristics of PCB related materials, able to solve problems in material selection and application.

.Familiar with and proficient in using engineering design software such as CAD and CAM, with the ability to review and optimize engineering drawings.

.Familiar with Front End Engineering work procedures and processes.

.Can quickly analyze and solve technical and unexpected problems in the production process, ensuring the normal operation of production.

.Insight into new processes and technologies, leading the technological development direction of the factory.

.Team leadership and talent development abilities.

.Communication and coordination skills.

.Fluent English and Mandarin.

.Strong ability to withstand pressure.
