崗位職責(zé):
1.Lead customer complain, make sure conduct containment action in time, coordinate PE&MFG to do root cause analysis and confirm corrective action been implemented and effective,
2.Lead customer visit and audit. Involve related department to prepare customer audit and visit such as 5S,production record, self-assessment checklist. Follow up customer audit finding to be closed.
3.Customer spec review and make sure special requirement is been implemented.
4.Be a quality contact window visit customer and go to customer side to solve some quality issue if necessary.
5.Regularly collect external quality performance , cost,VOC, highlight to plant as continously improvement input.
6.Regularly hold customer complain meeting, review critical issue with management.
7.Any other assigned tasks assigned by the leader.
任職資格:
1. Be professional On 8D report writing and reporting
2. Experience with handle customer complian and customer audit (VDA6.3)
3. Minimum 5 years’ working experience as customer quality engineer or quality engineer,prefer in PCB industry.
4. Good to have working experience with automotive customer, such as Continental
5. Knowledge of IATF16949 ,quality tools QC 7 tools,etc
6. Bachlor Degree,Good English skills in speaking, reading and writing, German is a plus
7.Highly self-motivated in learning and problem solving
